  • We collect personal information (name and email address) when individuals contact us via the website or by email, in order to respond to queries, provide information about Willow (our community app for women who are single and /or child-free), and offer service updates that may be of interest. This processing is necessary to manage communication and maintain user interest as part of the early engagement journey. It benefits both the user — by keeping them informed and supported — and us, by helping us grow a relevant, engaged community. We only collect minimal information, we do not share it with third parties, and individuals can opt out at any time. We believe this poses little to no risk to individuals and is a reasonable expectation based on the context of their enquiry.
